Hi Ria!

I also want to be a pediatric neurologist and I'm also a philosophy minor! I once wrote about the shortage of child neurologists for a scholarship. I didn’t realize how that reduces competitiveness for the career. It’s important how you mentioned that prestige of the medical school isn’t a huge factor in entering the career. Students usually believe that the medical school they attend significantly determines their success, when it really doesn’t.

Hi Ria,

I definitely learned some new things about the field of pediatric neurology. It sounds like a tough but rewarding career path. It's awesome that this experience helped you narrow down your career options.

Hey Riya, I liked how you added the fact about emotional intelligence and the gap year information bequest acts is so relevant to a lot of us and I think the fact that youre keeping your options open is very important as well.
