Hi Justin, this is also a field that I am very interesting in possibly going into in the future so it was good to hear about it from someone else's perspective. The high rates of burnout are a strong worry for me, but the actual tasks and roles seem very engaging and captivating.

Hey Justin, I had never really thought about this subdivision is surgery but I thought this was very interesting since I've been working in an emergency department and we have an on call trauma surgeon. With an intense burnout rate, I hope you make it past it and pursue your dreams. Trauma surgeons are needed everyday and provide such an important role to the field.

I liked this poster because it was short and to the point. Very informative and tells me that I personally can not take on the role of being a trauma surgeon, but impresses me as well because I know you are prepared! The journey seems long, and interesting. I am so intrigued to see you pursue your dreams.

Interesting presentations on trauma surgeons. There's definetly a lot that goes into becoming and working as one. One of the definte cavats to becoming one is the disaterous burnout rate, which seems very hard to avoid due to the nature of being a trauma surgeon. However I appreciate you ability to both weight the positives and the negatives of a proffesion.
