This is definitely a very relevant topic. Work-life balance, especially among those in the medical profession, is extremely important to practice and can arguably be considered a skill in and of itself. I especially agree with the point that supportive environments both at work and at home are essential. Thank you for bringing awareness to this important subject!

Hi Jeremy! Your topic caught my attention because as someone who is interested in potentially becoming a physician, not having that balance between work and home is definitely a fear and a danger. But it is important to find the right avenues to allow a balance, and I think it was great that you looked into this as there are a lot of things to consider. Wishing you the best!

Hi Jeremy!
I found your topic of choice very interesting, as it is not something people tend to look into, despite its great importance when looking into a field that you want to pursue or the future life you would want to lead. I found it especially important when you discussed burnout in this field and how it results from emotional, mental, and physical stress because maintaining health is always imperative but understandably increases in such demanding careers.

Hi Jeremy! It's great to see you talk about such a topic; burnout is something we're all aware of but we don't seem to put an emphasis on. It's interesting to learn that over 50% of physicians experience such burnout. Thank you for sharing!

This poster was nicely made and is simple to follow. I think its important to think about the work-life balance of doctors when thinking about the career and this presentation taught me how difficult it is to maintain a healthy work-life balance as a doctor along with the burnout that people experience.
